Young Ladies summer camp starts Wednesday

EDWARDSVILLE – The 1820 Col. Benjamin Stephenson Household, 409 S. Buchanan St., will host Mrs. Lucy’s Academy for Younger Women from July 6-8 commencing 9 a.m. Wednesday, July 6.

Younger ladies attending this summertime camp will explore what it was like to be a real American lady in 1820. Individuals costume in replica outfits related to styles worn in the early 1800s.
